WHEN TO CONSUME?Anytime throughout the day, such as:

HOW TO CONSUME?Add about 1 scoop (25g) to 10-16 fl oz of cold water in a shaker cup, with or without ice, and shake vigorously – DO NOT STIR. After shaking, wait about a minute for the natural foaming to settle.
